These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply when you use Restaurant SaaS to place orders with Demo Restaurant.

Ordering

• Menu items, prices, and availability are set by the restaurant and may change without notice.
• Pickup and delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.
• The restaurant may accept or decline orders (for example via Live Orders).

Payments

Online card payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers on our servers. Cash or pay-at-pickup options, if enabled, are between you and the restaurant.

Cancellations & refunds

Contact Demo Restaurant directly for order changes, cancellations, or refunds. Platform fees (if any) are described in the restaurant's subscription agreement with Restaurant SaaS.

Limitation of liability

Restaurant SaaS provides ordering software "as is." To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for food quality, delivery delays, or third-party payment outages.
